As a Business Operations Manager I report directly to the Managing Partner and Executive Producer

• Operational and process management
• Supervise improvement data management
• Implementation new freelance guides and HR systems
• Coordinate marketing & communication tasks (PR, social media, internal)
• Practical organisation of events such as Cannes Lions
• Follow up business pipeline: analysis figures, acting as a bridge between producers & accountant, check vs forecast and make overview & recommendations towards management
• Quarterly group reporting: analysis, forecast and comments
• Optimize cashflow and financial reporting
• Support in marketing and sales of Caviar Collective (a collective of digital, film, photography and AR/VR agencies) towards direct clients
