Think global, eat local! REcentre formulated an answer to the questions: “Where does the food on your plate come from?” and “Where does the produce from your region goes to?”
During a two week pop-up restaurant in Maastricht (NL) guests could enjoy delicious dishes made from ingredients from around the corner. Prepared by chef cook Nora Rödner and served in a beautiful wooden pavilion by Maurer United.
